Jelena’s real-estate immersion was inspired by her family’s ventures in development and planning. In 2013, after receiving her law degree in both the USA and Canada, she oversaw her first commercial development of over 36,000 sq ft in the GTA. A member of Tarion and the U.S. Green Building Council, Jelena strives to keep up with the current standard in building and management. With her leadership, the company aims to be at the forefront of the industry, having a strong team to lead clients with professionalism and transparency.

Carmen Puopolo, Co-Founder + COO

Carmen leads Business Development at Peripheral Management and the Property Management division. He earned a BComm in Business Management and Marketing from Ryerson University in 2012 and holds a General License from CMRAO. From 2012 to 2021, Carmen managed a portfolio of high-rise and townhouse properties. With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, Carmen inspires his team to exceed client expectations.

With over a decade of expertise in real estate, specializing in condo and office management, Jelena excels in financial analysis and cost optimization. Beyond overseeing accounts and ensuring regulatory compliance, her hands-on experience with renowned developers includes efficient financial planning and revenue-maximizing strategies. Driven by a passion for real estate, Jelena stays current through active engagement in the AICPA and NACM.
