Recap: Condo Conference 2024

The Toronto Congress Centre buzzed with activity on November 15-16, 2024, as it hosted the annual Condo Conference, a premier event for condominium professionals and enthusiasts. Jointly organized by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and the Canadian Condominium Institute of Toronto and Area (CCI-T), the conference attracted over 2,000 attendees, including property managers, board members, and industry experts.

The two-day event featured a diverse lineup of sessions and workshops. Notably, Steve Paikin, renowned Canadian journalist and host of TVO's "The Agenda," delivered an engaging keynote address, offering insights into current condominium trends and challenges. Attendees had the opportunity to explore an extensive exhibitor hall, showcasing the latest products and services tailored for condominium management. Companies like UpperBee presented innovative property management solutions, emphasizing the industry's shift towards digitalization which are bound to make more impact on management software norms in the coming years.

We were excited to attend, to reconnect with old friends and make new connections. Overall, a great time, as always. Very much looking forward to 2025 and to see what evolving condominium landscape will look like. Hope to see you all again soon.
